The classic! Just like Glenn Maxwell, it’s a great all-rounder. Our sourdough is made with organic flour & slow fermented for maximum flavour.

We don’t need to tell you how to best eat a loaf of bread - if we did, we’d be questioning how you stumbled across our bakery. But! Alongside the obvious sandwiches, toast, dipping into soup suggestions, this loaf is also fantastic when stale and turned into french toast, pangrattato, bread & butter pud, the list goes on… what CAN’T it do?! (It can’t vacuum your house. Sorry.)
